What people ask us
Is the price a quote?
No. It is a range estimate with reference prices per element. The formal quote is delivered in writing after we confirm measurements, access, slope, soil, permits and HOA.
Does MYD check my credit or give me credit?
No. MYD does not check your credit or ask for financial information on the site. You request credit from a bank or lender; if you are not approved, you can still pay directly as work progresses.
How will you contact me?
By email, and by phone only if you leave one, with no repeated calls. Your name, email and ZIP are used only for your project.
What happens to my photo?
How are monthly payments calculated?
The loan is deposited to your account and you pay MYD in progress payments; the lender may deduct an origination fee. Totals with the monthly payment rounded to the dollar. Prices in US dollars (USD) ·
